Rawlings makes some of the best gloves a baseball player can get. This baseball glove will last you through many winning seasons. I definitely recommend the Rawlings Pro Preferred infield baseball glove.

Oakley Sunglasses

Sunglasses has become one of the baseball player's greatest tools for success. Nothing is more important than being able to see clearly and effectively.

The best pair of glasses for the game of baseball is the Oakley M Frame. This model gives sun blocking coverage around the whole eye. The glasses fit very comfortably and are lightweight. I definitely recommend these glasses for use in the sun.

Adidas Men's Excelsior 6 Navy/Wht Trainer Baseball Shoes

The Adidas baseball turf shoe is a great training tool to use. This turf is great for on or off field use during practice and off season workouts. My baseball team has used this turf over the past year both inside and outside and has been very pleased with the durability and comfort of the shoe.

This shoe comes in black, navy, red, and white.

It costs $65-$70.

Wilson A1030 League Baseball

The Wilson A1030 league baseball is one of the finest baseballs on the market. This particular baseball has raised seams which adds better grip and comfort. It has a Red Cushioned Cork Center and Grade C Full Grain Leather. The Wilson baseball is definitely top grade.

This baseball is made for the High School and College level of play.

It costs $4-$6.

Wilson A9775 Baseball/Softball Team Gear Bag

The Wilson A9775 Team Gear bag is a perfect size for baseball equipment. I use this bag for catching equipment, and it has plenty of room for it. This particular bag is easy to pack equipment into and it's also very easy to carry the equipment in. The straps are cushioned and made to carry heavy weight.

Nike Show Elite Batting Glove

Nike is another brand of batting gloves that I think makes a quality product. The "Nike Show Elite" batting glove offers extensive comfort and protection. It's necessary to have as much grip as possible when swinging a baseball bat, and the "Nike Show Elite" is a great glove for this.

There are many brands out there to use, but Nike is definitely one of the top brands to get.

This pair of batting gloves costs $35-$40.

Wilson WTA5450 Sleek Adult Batting Helmet

This Wilson Batting helmet offers complete protection and comfort for the batter. I've been using this helmet for 4 years now, and I have no complaints.

The batting helmet has holes strategically placed in it to let air in. It allows the runner to stay cooler when hitting. This is a fairly new feature on the helmet. The indentions and holes give the helmet a sleek aerodynamic look.

The helmet comes in black, navy, royal, and scarlet.

It costs $20-$25.

Wilson A2000 Catcher's Mitt

The Wilson A2000 Catcher's mitt is one of the best mitts I've ever caught with. At a comfortable 33 1/2 inches, it's the perfect size for maximum comfort and durability.

At the college level of play, a pro mitt is needed to be successful. The Wilson A2000 breaks in great, and will last. I've found that applying glove oil a few times a week in the pocket helps this mitt stay soft and keeps the leather treated.

I definitely recommend the Wilson A2000 Catcher's Mitt for a upper level catcher that wants a good solid mitt.

Academa Wood Bats

During the off season, my baseball team uses wood bats to increase hitting skill.

Wood bats are great for hitting off a tee, taking batting practice, or hitting soft toss. The Academa wood bat is a great tool to use for this.

There are two specific bats I recommend:

The A581 Elite wood bat is made of Ash, and is very durable. This bat hits solid and stays true for hundreds of swings.

The Super Bat Elite wood bat is a Maple bat. The maple gives the bat a lighter feel with the same durability and pop as the Ash bat.

Both bats are great for hitting baseball. I've used both models and recommend either one for the baseball player wanting to improve hitting.

Demarini 4 inch wristband

This week I'm reviewing the Demarini 4 inch wristband. The Demarini sweatband is a great way to maintain and control sweat when playing sports. This particular wristband fits snug and comfortably. It also stays in place while moving during the game.

The Demarini Wristband comes in different sizes and colors according to preference. This product is a great way to stay comfortable and dry when being active.

Adidas Excelsior 6 TR Metal Baseball Spike

The Adidas Excelsior 6 TR metal baseball cleats are some of the best spikes on the market today. The shoe is very fashionable and offers outstanding grip in mud and dirt.

I have found only one major problem with the spike....It takes a while to break in. It took me about 5 days of practice before the cleats began to feel comfortable. After that first week though, I have been impressed with the comfort and durability of these Adidas baseball cleats.

DEMARINI Vexxum Adult Batting Gloves

The Demarini Vexxum batting glove is a very durable and protective glove. I have been using this brand of glove for 3 years now, and I am very pleased with the comfort and durability I've received from them.

This is a great glove to not only use while hitting, but to also wear under a glove or mitt. I'm a catcher, so I use a batting glove under my mitt also. The Demarini Vexxum batting glove gives me added protection, grip, and comfort while hitting and catching.

Demarini - Voodoo Metal Baseball Bat

The Demarini Voodoo bat is a very light-weight bat. It has a lot of pop and is one of my favorite bats to use. Since I compete on the college level, I want to have equipment that is as close to top of the line as I can get.

I use a 34 inch bat in a -3 model. In fact, my entire team uses the Demarini Voodoo bat. The other size we use is a 33 inch -3 model.

Although, just like any product that sustains repeated use, this bat will start to dent. But, it will last long enough to get substantial use out of it before needing to be replaced.

I definitely recommend this bat for any level of play that allows metal bats to be used.
